A well reputable company “Ascentech Services Limited” is recently in need of the service of a cashier for immediate employment.

Job position: Company’s “Cashier”

Job type: Full time

Location of work: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Roles and Responsibilities required of Candidates:

  • To take charge of all daily reconciliation of cash collections from riders, this consists in:
  • Should ensure that all delivered orders have been paid for
  • Should always verify the payment method indicated by the delivery associates and the corresponding cash / POS remittance
  • Shall be responsible of the accuracy of the balances of each rider and your hub
  • Should ensure that all collections must be completed and recorded the same day
  • Shall at the beginning of each day, report the collections of the previous day and share the list of any outstanding collections
  • Should have a good knowledge of computer operation and how to operate POS machine
  • Should publish daily remittance collection pending report by riders from cpmt. The information collected shall be used by the managers to ascertain recovery from the dispatch riders daily with necessary actions if needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess B.Sc in Accounting or any related course
  • Must have 1-3 years working experience in the above field
  • Should be able to pay great attention to details
  • Shall be rigorous and won’t close business before making sure all orders are reconciled and cash is collected.
  • Should always ensure full collection of payments as it is his/her responsibility.

Salary Payable:

N70,000 – N100,000 per a month
