After a week of rest, the Auburn football team is set to travel once more this weekend to face the Missouri Tigers in Columbia. Both players and coaches expressed how valuable this time off was for recharging and refocusing before jumping back into the tough SEC schedule.
This year, a new conference mandate requires teams to submit availability reports before each game. While these reports don’t need to reveal specific injuries or statuses, they do indicate the likelihood of players participating. Here are the reports for both Auburn and Missouri

Eugene Asante discusses looking ahead after the bye week
The Auburn football team enjoyed a well-deserved and fruitful bye week, providing both mental and physical relief. After six consecutive weekends of games, it was crucial for the players to rest and recover. Following three back-to-back losses, this break gave the team an opportunity to regroup and concentrate on coming out strong in their final six matches
At times, as football players, it’s essential to take a step back and recommit to our craft and everything involved,” Eugene Asante stated, according to Auburn Rivals. “I believe the bye week allowed us to regain focus on what we need to achieve and remember our team’s goals. We set objectives at the start of the season, and now it’s about recalibrating and recognizing that we can still finish strong
