Shaun Lane recently visited our Major Partner ALAND’s headquarters to present his documentary, Out of My Lane.
In the documentary, Matt Ryan, Socceroo, and other sports professionals that Shaun met while travelling around Europe in the off-season of 2024 for self-discovery are highlighted.
The documentary’s “Presenting Partner,” ALAND, provided support for its release and had it aired on both 9Now and the club’s channels. In celebration of Men’s Mental Health Month, ALAND conducted a staff screening, and Shaun answered questions from the staff following.
Andrew Hrsto, the creator of ALAND, backed the project and emphasised the significance of mental health in the workplace.
“As a construction company with a predominantly male team, we understand the need to talk about male mental health. We all know the very shocking statistics around male suicide in Australia, and open and honest conversations around mental health challenges are the first step in reducing these numbers.” Hrsto says.
