Terrifying ghastly crash in Stoke-on-Trent that makes victims fighting for life and road were closed for hours.

Early in the morning, emergency services flocked to the site.

This morning an automobile drove through the wall of a historic Stoke-on-Trent building, badly damaging it. Victims were badly injured and taken to hospital for treatment.

Overnight, Shelton New Road saw the deployment of emergency services in response to reports of a car collision with what was once known as Harry Ramjams.



To keep the area secure, police stayed on the scene throughout morning and temporarily closed some roads.

There is currently an investigation going into the crash.

After a car and a shuttered bar collided in Stoke-on-Trent, we have taken a guy into custody.

We received a call to Shelton New Road just before 12.30 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, in response to reports of a blue BMW striking a shuttered tavern.

There are detours via Cemetery Road, and the road was and is still closed.

The driver of the car was observed driving away from the area, and no one was hurt.

A 24-year-old Stoke-on-Trent man was taken into custody on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle recklessly, failing to stop following a collision, and operating a vehicle involved in a collision but neglecting to notify it.

He is still being held for interrogation.
