The Jazz lose to the Suns after a cold shooting fourth quarter.

Salt Lake City In a matchup between two explosive shooting teams, the Utah Jazz lost 134-126 against the Phoenix Suns.

 

Jordan Clarkson led the Jazz with 23 points off the bench, while Devin Booker led the Suns with 34 points.

 

The Jazz and Suns share the record for the most three-pointers made in NBA history with a combined total of 44.

A Cold Fourth Quarter for Hot Jazz

Against Phoenix, the Jazz enjoyed what may have been their finest shooting performance of the season, hitting 55% from the field and 56% from three-point range.

 

With 22 three-pointers, both teams set new season records for their respective rosters.

 

“Both teams put on a great shooting display,” stated Jazz coach Will Hardy. “Tonight, both teams made a lot of really good shots without giving up many points in the pa

int.”  Before the third quarter started, the Jazz had surpassed their previous season-high of 19, but their hot shooting let them down when it counted most.
