Reporting to the Training Manager/ Human Resource Manager.

Active involvement in recruitment and assessment of candidates and participants of training .

Must know how to organize workshops and responsible training for the communication and logistics. 

Teaching and moderation of classes.

Assisting other trainers and teachers. 

Supporting the assessment of participants and especially the collection of data for systematic reporting.   

Set of Tasks:

Ensuring close teamwork within the HR/ Training team.

Schedule, run and monitor training sessions.

Assess the competence and progress of each participant and formulate the findings  

Communicating post-training follow-ups on a regular basis.
