Ability to always examine application forms and resumes

Shall create recruitment briefs and develop a job description for new openings

Shall set up and confirm candidate interviews

Shall be in charge of cllecting background check information from prospective candidates

Shall from time to time post, modify, and remove job listings from career pages, job boards, and social media

Shall pepare any necessary HR-related reports (Like Training Budgets etc.)

Shall always answer questions from clients and candidates concerning our business processes

Shall review and disseminate company policies in print copy or digital media

Shall H help to organize work place events and career days

Is in charge of adding new employee data to our internal data bases, including contact information and employment forms

Shall assemble Payroll Information Such  as vacation,working hours,and bank accounts

Shall assist with the logistics of in-house and external training events

Shall attend to meetings with the management team

Finally, shall provide constructive feedback on any given task

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time


The role holder shall be in charge of mapping out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip

Shall pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested

Shall collect payments and issue receipts

Must render assistance clients with loading and unloading their luggage

Shall at all times observe traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions

Shall adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed

Shall respond to clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest

Should ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders

Must schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues noticed

Shall not be the one to wash but book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.


Candidates shall possess an BSc/ HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1 – 3 years work experience.

Job Description

The work function of the role holder in tempkers limited abuja is to maintain high customer satisfaction levels while ensuring great service standards and effectively handling customer queries for our company in order to achieve the company aspirations.


Shall help the company to organize a huge number of incoming calls and clients requests across multiple channels (Website, emails and Social Media), providing an effective document management system

Shall ensure to satisfy customers, determine their wants and evaluate them.

Role holder shall create long-lasting connections and trust with your customers by being honest and communicative with them

Must ensure to provide clients with necessary details about our services across different segments

Shall make use of proper techniques and instruments to provide information that is true, accurate, and comprehensive

Should meet up with phone handling quotas and appropriately deal with complaints, offer suitable remedies and substitutes within the allotted timeframes, and follow up to ensure prompt resolution

Shall always maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork.
