The Graduate Trainee program at Sunbeth global concept is developed with the intention to develop young, talented, and skilled employees for our future and to provide a sustainable pipeline within our Group. Qualifications

Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Degree in any course from an accredited institution or its equivalent from any institution

Applicants for this position should have at least minimum of five credits ( compulsory: Mathematics and English Language) in SSCE, GCE or NECO

Applicants must have completed his/her NYSC and must have the discharge certificate at hand

Applicants Date of Birth, Gender, Class of Degree must be clearly stated and shouldn’t be above 35 years

Must possess between 3 – 5 years of relevant audit, risk, and control experience in FMCG, Consulting, Financial, and other applicable sectors.

Must be a computer literate and have great experience in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) etc.

Job Title: Head, Export Operations

Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Lagos

Reports to: The Management

Job Summary

It is required of the role holder to always render quality assistance in the smooth running of goods moving out of the country and being accountable for their accounts. Also, should be able to receive, monitor and process daily freight movements as required.

Must have a good sense of humour in ensuring the correct paperwork is in place for shipments and their exporters.

Must have knowledge in developing a rapport and excellent working relationship with clients.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Management and reporting:

Must build and manage team of specialist being part of the Export Operations Department

Must at all times supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures

Must ensure proper compliance with export laws and regulations and internal compliance rules

Must always oversee correctness, timeliness and completeness of shipments.

Must have a good design and implement all export operations strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements where the export operations department is involved.

Must always maintain and audit export files in an organized and catalogued system

Must always implement measures prior to shipment to avoid damaged cocoa on arrival

Must have a good knowledge of initiating cost efficiency measures in supply chain control related expenditures.

Must know how to arrange Data Collection & Analysis of supply chain control related matters, such as stock, weight, quality and shipments and related costs.

Must always implement the allocation of purchases to sales and planning of shipments.

Relationship management and

communication:

Must be able to coordinate with sourcing and logistics as well as the trade and logistics department from Sunbeth to ensure an efficient execution of the exports

Must always manage all relationships and communication with export authorities and supply chain control service providers, such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, phytosanitary services, etc.

Operations:

Must ensure to submit timely document and execution instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors and other third-party industry providers.

Must create, assemble, audit by validating data integrity and accuracy and present to SFI/client applicable export documentation and invoices in accordance with shipment instructions within required time frame

Must ensure all required export licenses for all processes are obtained

Should ensure to provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and resolve all shipment issues.

Should ensure that the quality and packing of the cocoa meets the standards of the destination country.

Location:

The main office is at Lagos with regularly meetings at Headquarters in Akure

Requirements:

Applicants must have a University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Required of this position is a minimum of 5 years work experience as an export supervisor in a reputable company.

Applicant must possess a strong problem solving, business acumen and customer service skills

Candidate must have positive attitude and eager to streamline and improve process and workflows

Candidate must be highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, strong time management skills, and innovative
