Kasper Schmeichel has been informed by former Rangers and Danish custodian Jesper Christiansen that he should be looking forward to joining Scottish Celtic as the starting custodian.
Christiansen, a former player for the Ibrox club, was interacting with tipsbladet.dk, a reputable Danish outlet. He also complimented the Celtic Park home crowd for creating a fantastic atmosphere that the team is able to create for home games.
And when the delusional Ibrox hordes read about their former player characterising Celtic as “a club which basically wins the championship every year and which plays in the Champions League every year,” they will be foaming at the mouth in response to his admission that Celtic are the best team in Scottish football.
Fantastic home crowd at Celtic Park
It’s the most irrational crowd he’s ever encountered. The noise level in the stadium made it difficult for me to converse with my teammate while I was standing inside that pitch. He eventually finds a home crowd, which is just wonderful.
Living in Scotland and Glasgow is an amazing experience.
“If I had played a little bit more, I would have stayed up there for a lot longer because off the pitch, life was great.” According to Christiansen, people in Scotland have a really laid-back attitude, are very helpful, and genuinely wish for the best
They don’t give a damn whether a football player drives a fancy car. They will see the finest in you if you take good care of your work, and visiting Glasgow and Scotland was an amazing experience.
By signing with a major team like Celtic, Schmeichel is demonstrating his ambition.
“It’s great news for Kasper and Danish football if the change works out. It also demonstrates his continued aspirations and his sincerity when he states that he is not yet ready to give up.
“He joins a team that participates in the Champions League and essentially wins the championship every year. Every time, they play to enormous audiences. The league is obviously worse, but he plays for a major team that is always successful and makes it to the Champions League. It’s admirable that he doesn’t wind up in Saudi Arabia like that; it’s ambitious.
