Sales Representative Role:

Below are the roles and description of works that should be performed by a sales representative. They include:

Ability to generate leads.

Should at all times meet or exceed sales goals.

Should negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.

Should help to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Role holder should be able to give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Understanding and promoting company programs.

Ability to always obtain deposits

Should oversee to selling of products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.

 Shall always ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. By doing so, they can establish new accounts for their employer.

Ability to prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.

Should ensure to visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Should endeavour to maintain client records.

Should ensure to always answer clients questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
