Job Description:

First Bank Nigeria Plc, is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the above position and below are the expected work function needed of a selected candidate:

  • Ability to manage and deepens existing relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Ability to coordinate the overall marketing activities of the Relationship Managers (RMs) within the team; and ensure significant increase in market share of new and existing customers.
  •  Candidate should be active in supporting the team’s client retention strategies by providing excellent service to customers.
  • Ability to contribute towards the achievement of established marketing goals/objectives through
  • Ability to implement marketing strategies and plans within the assigned area of jurisdiction
  • Ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to initiate the development of products required to meet customer needs.
  • Capability to market the bank’s products to meet customer needs
  • Ability to serve as the primary daily service contact for the clients
  • Ability to conduct accounts reviews to track customer needs and usage trends
  • Should be able to track and maintain customer data/information

Facility Management Supervisor at Sahara group

  • Ability to ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers
  • Quality interface with relevant Business Units for accounts transfers and other issues that may be of benefit to Public Sector customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidate should have a minimum experience of 8 years in banking  or other relevant fields (marketing and credit) experience
